Subject: [PATCH] Update japan.md (#80)

* Update japan.md

Removed broken URL

* Update Japan.md (extra channels and fixed URLs)

Fixed URLs for News24 and NHK World.
Added extra public channel:
Tokyo MX1 and MX2.

Gunma TV
