- Remove dead and unavailable channels:
   - AllSports.br: Renamed to AllStreaming Youtube, not Live)
   - CNNBrasil.br: Youtube only, not fixed stream
   - AgroBrasilTV.br: Behind Restreamer (website only)
   - Fora Tedio TV: Dead

* Update 4 brazil.md

Add EPG.id to channel RBC

* Update 5 brazil.md

Updated RBC.br stream (now from YouTube)
Disabled AnimeTV.br (not working)
