CBC Toronto and TVA had dead URLs; replaced with current akamaized.net sources (both now correctly geo-blocked to Canada, matching the Ⓖ convention, instead of dead for everyone). Citytv, CTV Toronto, Global Toronto/Calgary/Edmonton, TVO, ONNtv Ontario, Star TV, CTV News and 7 of the Global News regional feeds are dead with no replacement found - marked [x] in place rather than left as fake-working entries.
