Croatia:
- HRT 1, HRT 2, HRT 3: the bhtelecom.ba mirror (webtvstream.bhtelecom.ba)
no longer serves these streams. Switched to HRT's own official CDN
(bpcdnmanprod.nexttv.ht.hr/bpk-tv/<channel>/default/index.mpd), the same
origin already used successfully for the existing HRT 4 entry. Verified
alive via check_channels.py (3/3 ok) before committing.
- Diadora: researched, confirmed genuinely dead at its own stream origin;
no working alternative found, left unchanged.
Czech Republic:
- Praha TV: stream.polar.cz/prahatv no longer resolves/serves; found the
station's current stream on Praha TV's own site, backed by CDN77
(1977134029.rsc.cdn77.org). Verified alive via check_channels.py.
- CNN Prima News, Prima MAX, CS Film, Šlágr Muzika: researched, confirmed
DRM-gated or dead at source with no viable public alternative; left
unchanged.
Regenerated playlist.m3u8 and per-country playlists via make_playlist.py.

Wikimedia now rejects direct thumbnail requests for widths outside the
fixed set 20/40/60/120/250/330/500/960/1280/1920/3840px. Rounded all
remaining off-size occurrences to the nearest allowed width.
Wikimedia only serves fixed thumbnail widths (20/40/60/120/250/330/
500/960/1280/1920/3840px); 640px returns a 400 error. Switched all
occurrences to the nearest allowed size, 500px.
Fixes#1135
Follow-up pass on remaining dead small local TV stations, using
alternate CDN paths, Wayback Machine clues, and Twitch/YouTube live
fallbacks where the repo's naming convention supports it. Verified
every replacement URL with curl before applying. Reverted one
agent-reported fix (Switzerland SRF Zwei) that no longer resolved
on independent re-check.
Italy: 9, Hungary: 2, Croatia: 1, North Macedonia: 1, Greece: 1
Cross-checked against iptv-org's maintained playlists. Only channels
with a confirmed current match were updated; smaller/regional channels
without a matching iptv-org entry remain marked invalid.
