Same nexttv.ht.hr CDN as the already-marked HRT 4: reachable and serving real DASH content from an EU/Croatian vantage point, but geo-restricted for other regions (confirmed by the CI runner's own check run on this PR reporting all four HRT channels, including the unchanged HRT 4, as dead). Adds the existing Ⓖ convention to the three new URLs for consistency.
